Well, I got a calendar set-up. Go to http://www.google.com/calendar/ and sign in with the following account:
Email: Calendar.Shocknbots@gmail.com
Password: shocknbots (all lowercase)
For the team:
At that point you can edit the calendar to show when you might be gone, (That you know of in advance) or other important dates
~Please don't erase or modify any dates that you didn't set!~
For Marvin, Sue, or Heather (Coaches):
You can mark important dates and meetings or change previously set ones as well.
Thats it have fun calendarizering!...

4-6 Research and Teamwork Discussions at Sue's House

I think we'll then convene research/teamwork sessions on alternating weekends shifting between Friday evenings 4-6 and Saturday evenings 4-6. I think, from what I can see from everyone's responses to date, this should even out the times when some folks can't make it.
Please calendar the times when you're seriously conflicted with other commitments ...

ReplyDeleteAlexa can never come on Fridays from 4-6 until after soccer season but Saturdays 4-6 are usually OK. I've posted her activities on the calendar.
